How to read/insert/update listings data from database

I've developed a plugin to read data from a specific site and import it via "Vantage -> Import Listings".
Once I have imported the listings and they were modified on the external site, I need to update them in order to keep data synchronized while they are not claimed.
How can I read/insert/update, using the wpdb Class, listings data from and into the vantage's database?

I need to read/insert/update the following information:

1. Listing Title
2. Categories
3. Address
4. State
5. Country
6. #telephone
7. custom fields
