I am getting back to you because of the contact listing owner form. I asked in December if it was possible to add a field for the phone number. You wanted to check with the dev team.

In the last few weeks I unfortunately received desperate messages from several breastfeeding consultants who are listed in the Vantage directory for breastfeeding support. Messages via contact listing owner form sent by breastfeeding mothers do not seem to reach the consultants - without any error messages. Moreover, some messages have not been sent at all lately. The mothers typed in long messages that were finally lost. The despair was great, the situation very embarrassing for me as admin.
In the meantime, I found out that the caching plugin was causing messages not to be sent.
And I suspect the messages often don't arrive because they are classified as bulk mail by mail programs and they are not even allowed into the spam folder.
So this form has no use and only causes trouble.

On other websites I use the plugin WPForms and I have never had comparable problems with it. The messages arrive reliably. They are compatible with caching plugins and the messages are not classified as spam.

So I'm thinking of removing contact listing owner form and using WPForms instead using shortcodes in the Vantage field "description" if desired by the single consultants.

I have also become aware that the use of contact listing owner form is not GDPR-compliant, so I am not allowed to use it in Europe. We need consent for data processing within the form and a data processing contract between all 500 users an me must be agreed. This is not feasible, the contact listing owner form must be removed.

Whatever! I would like to remove contact listing owner form, but at the same time I would like to keep the widget "Single listing author", because I need the Avatar picture from the consultants and the link below to the author pages.

So, my question: Is there a way to delete the Contact listing owner form within the "Single listing author" widget?
