Map and Listing Widgets Rearrangement

Hello, I have some questions about the search results page. I see the option to choose if you want your "Refine Results" and other similar widgets on the left or right, but I don't see any option for the map. It makes more sense for our website to have "Refine Results" on the top, and the map smaller on the side. Especially for mobile, the map still appears and all the widgets shoot to the bottom of the search listings, which makes it even more confusing.

So is there a built in option to change the position of the map? And to turn it off for mobile users?
And so when it moves to mobile, the "Refine Results" widgets stays at the top above the search results, not being shuffled below?
