Nothing is already set up!

Hi there

firstly thank you for a great theme.

I'm just wondering why none of the pages or menus are already set up after installation of the theme as is suggested in the documentation and tutorials? I would find this helpful for understanding how to add a create listings feature for example.

Any pointers would be great, thanks.
