Renewal process before expiration of businesses

Is there a way to setup Vantage (Previous Version) to send a e-mail warning the users about the near expiration of the businesses? So, they could renew it before reaching the expiration date and avoid being delisted.
Ex.: 1 week before the expiration, send an e-mail asking the user to renew it.
