Site slow when adding a new listing

Trust that you are well.
I use the Vantage theme.
My domain:
www.digibiz.co.za
I don’t use any payment plans.
The site itself loads quick enough.
However, when selecting "Create Listing" everything slows down dramatically.
It takes almost 40 seconds before I am able to enter a business name.
Then there is a long delay before I can enter an address.
I deactivated all plugins - it made no difference.
I cleared my cache - no difference.
I am not technical in any way so am unable to use any form of WordPress debugging.
Are you able to help please?
I did sent a PM with my login details.
