Standard Child Theme for Vantage 4

Hi there,

Back in the old school days when we still used CSS import in our styles sheet, we used this to create a child theme for Vantage 3:

But these days we use the functions.php to call the template style sheet for faster performance of the website.
It would be nice to have a standard Child Theme or an updated doc like the one above that is for Vantage 4.
