Stripe with currency BRL and Vantage

I'd like to confirm whether plugin Stripe is still properly integrated to Vantage.
I intend to make some tests using currency BRL to see/test the checkout process in an attempt to adopt as the default payment gateway in my sites in Brazil.

I tried to test the checkout process in BRL, but only in US dollars is available.
Since Brazilian cards can only be charged in BRL, I'd like to try it in this currency.
