Subjects in Vantage Notification Email and Ampersand (&) Character

When someone sets up their listing with and Ampersand (i.e.-- the & symbol) it creates the listing correctly. However, when it sends the email, the email subject line changes the ampersand to in just the subject line.

The body of the email correctly prints the listing with the "&" symbol. Is there a way to fix this in the email subject?
