Using Vantage Theme as a "non geotagged" directory theme

Hello Vantage Dev Team,

I just purchased and installed vantage theme yesterday.

No i try to understand the functions and options as well.

I´m searching for an option to run the vantage theme as a simple directory theme without the "near" column in search area and the detailed listing view.

Is it possible to simple deactivate the position and geotagging part of the theme? The main problem is to deactivate the "near" area in search field. So the customer can just search through the search bar for tagged listings. My listings has no local data, only digital downlad products.
