Freelancers adding skills manually
Hello,
How can new freelancers add skills that I have not added?
Right now they are only able to select from the ones I can think of but there might be many more so I want them to have the ability to add them.
Then once they are added to their profile, that skill name is saved to the database so anyone else wanting to add the skill can do so.
