Help is needed ASAP!!!
Hello everyone, i have been tweaking around with some things using notepad++ trying to edit the colour scheme of the modern.css
I have successfully managed to do this, by guessing and checking, and now my website has changed colour. Below is what the current bar of what my site looks like. As you can see, it is two different colours but i do not know where or how to change this. If someone could help i would greatly appreciate it.

Also, if someone could give me a refresher on how to upload the modern.css back up to the website after you made changes to it. Now that i have this mod done on my site, i keep trying to change the modern.css but when i go to my actual website nothing changes.
