Some needed features for hirebee

I know hirebee is new and will eventually evolve with more features etc.

But here are a list of features that I think are a must for a freelance site.


1: some type of mediation between employer and freelancer. Say employer doesn't pay or freelancer doesn't finish project and employer has paid. There should be a way to hold funds in escrow.

2: Milestones. like in elance. Where employer sends payments for certain tasks completed so not everything at once and final payment is sent when site is completed.

3. Being able to rehire a freelancer you like for a private project.

4. Also option for admin to hide bids from freelancers because this can turn in to a bidding war and might not end up being good for the freelancer because they will end up bidding very low to compete and not do quality work.

5. a simple ajax messaging system between employer and freelancer would be nice instead of emailing back and forth. Because then work might be taken to skype or outside the site.
