Supply date, Invoice date, Invoce with price 0$

Hello mhupfield,

I've got some questions:

1. I want to ask if you could make choice in dashboard for user to display "Supply Date" - it's not neccesary for me. and "Invoice Date" should be with the same date of supply, but no generate automaticly (dynamically) during invoice checking like it is now. My client and me should have the same date of invoices with the same numbers.

2. It would be better if invoices generate only after payment received, but not before/during make payment. Reason is that there could be a lot of invoices for customers whose didn't finished pay for ads.

3. If we have enabled option featured ads (for example 1$) and we choose normal ad without featured, price is 0 $. Invoice is generate with price 0$. For me it's not neccesary and making big mess in invoices. Could you make option to deactivate invoices for ads without price ?

4 Less neccesary but it would be greate feature if we could delete unneccesary invoices from dashboard, and generate invoice for concrete user manually.
