As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Designe Issues.
Hi Team,

I am facing few issues with Design.

1. registration template- previously it was a simple which include only username email and password but now it is now showing First Name, Last Name and Display name. not sure how it happened. but it looks very OOD

2. Width of Homepage ad listing table is decreased I have not done any changes in style

Anyone please help me with it how to stop such auto changes www.chuttimakers.com
