A few questions about Google Maps

I’m not sure if this would be an issue to speak with the AppThems guys or address it here.

First, is there any way to modify the google controls?
I would like to be able to stop the map from zooming in/out when scrolling the web page up or down with the scroll wheel on the mouse. This only happens if I have the mouse in the area of the map as I scroll the page with the mouse wheel. I have seen embedded maps where you have to click the plus and minus icons on the map to zoom. Have the ability to set the default map layout. Or even show or hide the map controls from the end user.

Second, is there any way to place a “Get Directions” link in the map?

Third, when an ad loads with an address, sections of the text box are outside the visible are of the map “image 1”. Is there any way to have the map default to placing the marker off center “image 2” where the text box would be centered in the map?
