As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

How to Change the Footer Texts & Links
I want to remove the 'Classified Ads Software | Powered by WordPress' and put Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms and conditions there.

I checked out some threads in Classipress saying make change to the theme-footer.php file. There is no such file in the child theme and in main classipress theme there is one but without the texts. However, I would like to make changes only within the child theme and not modifying anything in classipress main theme.
