Problem with Refine Results widget in mobile views in Jibo theme

I found 2 problems with the 'Refine Results' widget and on checking found exact problem to be there in the Jibo theme too.

1. Even though the sidebar on right should come after the content area, the Refine Results widget box comes first, then content, and then the rest of the sidebar.

2. On all screen sizes where widgets do not stack (below 800px width) all the option fields in Refine Results show in open state. If I have states or other lists in Refine Results, it shows the entire list open making the screen scroll long and the main content below after everything.

I think Ovidiu you should address this problem. I tried to find threads with a solution to this problem, but did not find any.
