As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Show specific Category listing on home page
Hi Ovidiu,

Just bought the Jibo child-theme today and working on customizing the site.

The first help I need is to add a listing box (I removed the tabs and put boxes) for a specific category. In my case, the category-id is 9. I tried messing around, but it didn't work.

The second is - how to restrict the max. no. of listings shown under each tab/box - Just Listed, Random etc.
