    Installation not working Downloaded zip file does not contain two zip files

    I have downloaded the file after purchasing. In the installation guide it says the downloaded file will contain two zip files. However it contains two folders (not ziped). I have tried to install the child theme by converting the folder child theme to zip and it gives the following error.

    Currently i have installed Jobroller theme and a Child theme Simplux.

    Unpacking the package…

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Kindly provide me the both the zip files for child theme and plugin so that i can install.

    Help!
