As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

job lister dashboard live job
Hello I am using jobroller latest version with jobright childtheme. I have posted many jobs from customers but from my dashboard as a job lister only 15 latest jobs are shown in the live jobs section. How do I change this so I could see all jobs that are live. By the way jobroller admin suggest me to ask it over here. Thank you

I remember a modification on this for the default Jobroller theme which I am currently looking for. However, for the jobright child theme you can post it here http://forums.appthemes.com/jobright/ so you can be provided assistance by the child theme developer.
