As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

JobRoller installed, but causing blank screens upon updates...
Hello,

We have been working with Joomla sites for while, but this is my first WP install and administration experience. Tried to search for the symptoms that we are experiencing to no avail.

We checked other themes and seems that with JobRoller enabled, blank screens (upon updating content or menus or pages, etc) making experience administrating impossible. We are forced to click back button and do refresh every time the theme is enabled. Tried contacting via chat, but Loading screen with no answer.
