    Thumbnail size in job list

    Hi. First off, thanks for the hard work .

    With the job list, next to each job is a thumbnail of the poster's logo. Quite often people upload logos which are not quite the right size and what happens is that only a small part of their logo is visible in this list. Is it possible to fit the thumbnail to the size that is displayed so that the whole logo is visible (even if aspect is not maintained)?
