As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Translate Childtheme or Not ?
Hi ! i have purchase Jobroler 1.7.2 and now i want to purchase Jobright like a childthe but i want to tranlate jobroler and i need to know if i translate jobroler when i will active the childtheme jobright it will be translate automatically or i need to translate the childtheme to ?? i see the translate pack for jobroler but is not for jobroler 1.7.2 but can i use thise to begin translate of jobroler 1.7.2 ????? sorry for my english and i'm a new for using wordpress. Thanks
