Thread: free plan not listed if buy packs through dashboard

    free plan not listed if buy packs through dashboard

    If I click the 'submit job' button, in the SELECT PLAN step, it shows ALL job packs i have defined, including the free one.

    If I click the 'BUY PACKS' button, from the job packs tab in my dashboard, it does NOT list the free pack.

    why is that?
« Free plan + paid add-ons -> not visible in dashboard + duration shown wrong | resumes an job plans always separate? »
