Newbie Help - Plugins and Forms

Hi All

I am implementing a new site with JobRoller, previously used WP Job Board and another Job Theme, neither did exactly what I wanted and were too inflexible to change without PHP skills which I have non! JobRoller looks the part, but I just need some tweaks and assistance.

I have 2 quick questions and would appreciate any responses.

1. How did I amend the forms Add Job and Apply for Job and Submit Resume? I want to add a few fields, re-order a little and do some validations e.g. ID number is required.

2. Possibly in association with 1. above, what are the best plugins to purchase? I do not mind paying. My philosophy is very much to pay top dollar for the right code, bottom line for me is the overall cost is not excessive so why mess around with cheap or free code (and yes, some free code is exceptional). I have seen Fxtrader mentioned a few times, any good?
