Resume Plans
In /includes/admin/admin-values.php line 749, you have

You can create Resumes Plans that Job Seekers can subscribe to ...

So, by ticking this option, you only allow users to post their resumes if they have subscribed to a plan (that you charge for) and leaving this unselected any logged in user to post resumes? I am not quite sure if this is the use case/model that is being applied here. Please clarify?
