support page, we aim to answer all support requests in a timely matter (usually within 48 hours, although more often than not, it is sooner than this). We are all based in different parts of the world, so taking time zones into account also there is sometimes a delay.
In future, you may like to start a thread in the correct section of the forums for a faster response as we frequent certain areas more than others (i.e. Support/Troubleshooting). You have obviously posted your initial support question here in an existing thread the "Feature Requests" forum.
As has been explained earlier in the thread, this ad editing was resolved in the latest update of JobRoller, so the issue obviously lies with your setup. Have you attempted to reinstall the theme since you initially noticed the problem? What exactly is happening when you attempt to edit an ad? What permissions does the test account have?
