If you can add Indian Rupee Symbol like dollar & Pound, it will be more use full to Indian Job sites.

I think the currency as provided in the pricing dropdown is just based on the list supported by PayPal since it is currently the payment gateway used by jobroller. I have yet to learn if India is included in PayPal's Multiple Currencies feature.

However, it is still good to add the Rupee currency so that users will have more choices.

Paypal has a domain address and a website for India : http://www.paypal.co.in. Will this be helpful?

There are countries that are supported by paypal but does not have the Multiple Currencies feature. You may check their term of reference or Paypal India's FAQ.

Yes, PayPal only supports a set number of currencies which is why others haven't been added. Here is a list of the currencies currently supported.
