i agree with this. Also a job seeker profile too which recruiters can search.
And you could setup a price plan to view X amount of jobseeker profiles. For example charge $19.95 per month to view 20 profiles etc. This currently exists with major successful job boards. I really like Krop.com business model.
The user creative profiles with unique templates (charged extra) and job board mixes well.
