More fermium features

I would like to see more features for people deploying the fremium strategy.

E.g the ability to auto post adsense adverts into job listings but not into the featured ones.

Also make it obligatory for users to register to apply to jobs

If there was the option to hide the "how to apply" and the "apply online" to users who aren't registered that would be good.
