Picture size + pre-filled information....

is it possitlbe for information to be pre-filled when posting an ad such as company name and uploaded picture?

Also - can the picture that's uploaded and displayed in the job-ad be automatically re-sized to a specific size, or that no pictures above a certain resolution are accepted?

I would like to register my interest for the above - if company has already logged in, autofill the first couple of fields (Company name and picture)
