    v1.2 request - Jobseeker attach photo to application

    When the job seeker is using the "Apply Online" feature, perhaps we could add another field (not compulsory) to attach a photo/head shot (jpg etc) as well as the CV and covering letter.

    100% agree!

    Funnily enough recuiters ask for a photo attachment but it's not about the beauty of an applicant (maybe 40%), I generally think this is an ideal way of organising CV's and knowing who you will meet for an interview. And it's also less hassle for the applicant to insert their photo on their CV (which wouldn't look professional).
