about jobroller, place resume

helo my name is Bob ten Herkel
I am starting to build a website. named :
WWW.WORKFINDYOU.COM. what i would like to create is a website where you can fill in your resume, after filling in. confirm and pay. what i have got now is when you are at my website you will see the button called PLACE RESUME, when you click on this button you can create a account. after creating a account, you go to step 2 ( enter Resume details ) after that you have got step 3 and 4 to confirm.
I use theme : jobroller but it is to complicated for me. i need a more simple theme.
what do you recommend as theme, template, ? or can you help me out?
what i would like to create is when you press on the button PLACE A RESUME.
there will be 3 simple steps
step one
photo --> avatar
name
surname
adress
city
country
nationality
date of birth
email adress
phone number
proffesion
id-number
step 2
diplomas field where you can discribe your diplomas
training field where you can discribe your trainings
a country where you would like to work (list with countries)
languages - 5 field where you can have lists of language
step 3
confirm
payment by paypal
( whene a person fill in this resume i would like to have an email of this resume so i can find a job for that person )
