Adding Custom Fields in JobRoller (Resumes & Jobs)

I have yet to find anything helpful regarding adding custom fields in JobRoller. I am aware that currently there is no option to do it with a plugin, but that it is possible to customize JobRoller myself. However, I am having trouble navigating the theme and finding what I need. I have not customized an AppThemes theme before so I'm trying to decipher exactly what files need editing. Can someone point me in the right direction? Again, I don't need the code to make it work, I just need to find the appropriate file(s) to change.

By the way, what I'm trying to do is add some custom fields to Resumes. One specifically is a dropdown for Military Experience.

Any help/directions would be vastly appreciated!
