Adding custom fields to submit form

Hey Guys,

I have searched trough the forums and have tried some of the suggestions ( mostly for Classipress ) but still cant get custom fields working for the submit page.

All I want to do is add extra fields under 'Company Details' so for example it might have:
1. Your Name/Company Name
2. Website
3. Logo (.jpg, .gif or .png)
4. Phone number - NEW FIELD

I can get my fields to display in the submit job and edit form but cant get them to store the data once filled in.

Any suggestions?
