Adding a new field, making some fileds mandatory and etc

first question: what should i do to add an extra field to the section "submit a job" ? for example a field asking for "are you a real person or a corporation?"
second question: what should i do to make some optional fields , mandatory.Fields like "tags" in job submit or resume submit i mean.
Third question: at the moment, anyone who enters the site can see the 'submit a job" button. How can we manage to change this , so that only those visitors who have logged in the site can see this button. Or as an alternative , those who are not logged in , see some other caption on the button rather than "submit a job"
