Almost anyone can see jobseeker contact info? How to change this...

Hi all,
I'm new to jobroller but have the classipress theme and I'm happy with that.

But what I liked on the classipress was the 'blind contact' form. No email addresses were shown to the public. Can't jobroller do that? Am I missing something or
can just ANYONE sign up as an employer or lister, then they can see the job seeker contact info? I have my job site set to all free at the moment. I'll charge
later when I get a following.

In short, how can I set it up so that job listers need an email confirmation to enroll, or anything more secure than it is now?
