Automatically open Coutry SA and increase zoom level on Map

Hi

Any assistance or guidance will be appreciated. I want to modify the google map when submitting a job to open up on South Africa (increasing zoom level)? Any suggestions?

In a nutshell when posting a new job the employer should not see global map but only South Africa. I beleive this will be possible by increasing zoom level and setting some coordinates? I have found the file to be edited however not too sure what fields to edit? (theme-geolocation.php)
