    Blogroll at the bottom of every page

    I was wondering how I would go about creating a blogroll/links section at the bottom of each page excluding the submit a job and my jobs pages etc. I just landed a really nice link, but was requested to change the sites layout. Do I need to format this under the appearance:editor or is there an easier way to do this? Thanks
