    Cant seem to apply widgets to certain pages

    Hi,

    I am hitting my head against a brick wall trying to apply widgets to other pages.

    my website is oil-careers.org. If you go on th eabout us or contact page there are no widgets on the right hand side. How do i apply widgets to these pages??
