Change Author from Admin to a Job Lister User

Hi

I want to be able to create accounts for my "job listers" and issue these to them. The idea being that I will create the original Job post, but they will be
able to login with the details I have sent them and view jobs in their profile, end the jobs or edit them. I will remove the ability to add new jobs as these will be created by admin only.

However when I as Admin create the job I cannot change the Author of the post to that of a Joblister account.

Is there anyway to allow this?
