Change radius of miles kilometers in job search field

Theme: jobroller, Site http://www.bind-hr.nl/proto/
In the search box with radius I want to to change the default scale (that is now: 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 1000 en 5.000 kilometers) I Live in Hollland, just a small country. When you drive form north to south this is just 325 km, so 5.000 km seems a bit to much, can anyone help?
