Color configuration

Hi,

I am trying to get the blue background color at the bottom of the homepage to extend all the way up both the right and left sides and stop at the orange horizontal line located directly under the main menu. Right now the blue background color stops at "Featured Jobs" on left side and "Submit a Job" on the right side.

Any ideas and or solutions are much appreciated.
