    Connecting Resumes to posted Jobs

    Hello guys,

    I understand that job seekers in JobRoller are able to post their resumes by creating Resumes and filling in their details.

    However, I think that process is only useful when Employers are browsing/searching for candidates.

    So, it seems logical to me to connect Resumes to posted jobs. In other words, why not letting job seekers to apply to jobs by simply selecting one of their added resumes?
