    Question CSS question

    Hi,

    I am looking to add another orange horizontal line at the top of the menu bar exactly like the orange horizontal bar currently is below the menu bar.

    Thank you in advance for any suggestions and or guidance and how to do this.

    P.S. I would also like to add an orange border around the Post a Job blue oval.
