    Custom fields on registration

    My website is at www.resortjobstoday.com

    I have managed to set up custom registration fields, but it is not actually seeing the details that the applicant puts in. eg they put their phone number in, and they get a message back saying "phone number required" even though it is in there.

    Any ideas?
