Deleting Promotion Job Pack Changes User Accounts for Purchasers
I posted this in the help forum 3 days ago and haven't received a response. I'd like to ask other JR customers if they can help.
I ran a promotion for the month of January offering 5 jobs for $199. I had eight purchasers. On February 1, I deleted the promotional job pack since the promotion was over. Checking the user accounts of the eight purchasers, I found that the job pack they purchased no longer showed up. In some cases their remaining un-used jobs that they had purchased were shown as a different job pack. I can't believe that this can possibly be correct. Deleting a promotional job pack should have no effect on the accounts of employers that purchased the promotion. I had to re-instate the promotional job pack to return "state" back the the purchaser accounts. Unfortunately, this means that the promotion is still available even though I wanted it to expire.
This is so basic I can't believe that this is the way JR is configured. Perhaps I am just missing something. I see a checkbox on the job packs for "private" but that doesn't seem to hide active job packs from new purchasers.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you remedy this.
P.S. My extreme disappointment in the level of support for JR continues.
