I need some modification. I think it was very simple for a developper.

As you can see, it's a simple site (no ads for example). but i want it more simple.
I need some modification, was it possible?
- all submit job button must redirect to a simple page with a contact form (i use contact form 7) so just a link for this button). No register need for recruiter. Only admin (who know the real link)can access to the real submit job form.
-Unique type of registered user : job seeker. no more recruiter or job lister. so no more select on register form (
http://www.emploiculturel.net/login/ : only "je suis à la recherche d'un emploi")
-Only admin can access to resume database.
-activate/desactivate apply online button for each unique job.
- maybe change the background of job-type in home page, and replace them by my logo background
can you propose me a price for this modification ?
