Editing Submit Job on front end

My client will be the only one to be submitting jobs on the site and they find it unnecessary to have to fill out the company name and site info repeatedly....

When editing submit-job-form.php is there a way to pre-populate that field with locked text? If I comment that area out will it break the form going forward?

I'm open to any suggestions or work-arounds. Thanks!
